These terms apply when you use globalbusinessflights.com or ask Global Business Flights to quote or book travel for you. Please read them before you book. By using our website or confirming a booking with us, you agree to them.

Who we are

Global Business Flights is an independent travel agency based at 2331 Riviera Dr, Miramar, Florida 33023, USA. We are not an airline. We arrange travel on your behalf with airlines and other travel suppliers, and the airline that operates your flight is responsible for providing it.

Quotes and fares

• Every quote is based on the seats and prices available when we check. Fares can change or sell out until your ticket is issued.
• Fares are not guaranteed until they are paid in full. Until then, the price and seats can change.
• Prices on our website, including “from” prices and route examples, are a guide. The final price depends on your dates, route, availability and the fare rules.
• Before you book, we will tell you the total price, including taxes and any fees, and the key rules of the fare.

Booking and payment

• We only book after you have approved the itinerary and the total price.
• You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment card you give us and that the traveler details are correct.
• Names must match each traveler’s passport exactly. Correcting a name after ticketing may not be possible, or the airline may charge for it.
• Your card statement may show charges from the airline, a supplier or us, depending on how the ticket is issued. We will explain this when you book.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Most tickets are non-refundable. Please check dates, times and every traveler’s name carefully before you pay.

• Date changes: where the airline allows a change, the charge is $300 plus any difference in fare.
• Refunds: only possible when the fare rules allow them. When a refund is due, we pass it on once we receive it from the airline, and the timing depends on the airline.
• Before you book, we will confirm the rules of your fare so you know exactly what can and cannot be changed.

Schedule changes and disruptions

Airlines can change flight times, aircraft or seating. We will pass on any change we are told about and help you find an alternative, but decisions on delays, cancellations and compensation rest with the airline under its conditions of carriage.

Passports, visas and health requirements

Each traveler is responsible for holding a valid passport and any visas, transit permits or health documents needed for every country on the trip. Please check the requirements with official government sources before you travel. We are not responsible if travel is refused because documents are missing or invalid.

Offers and promotional codes

Special offers, such as savings with an offer code, are subject to availability and to the route, dates and fare type. Unless we say otherwise, a code can be used once per booking, cannot be combined with other offers, has no cash value and must be mentioned before the booking is confirmed. We may change or end an offer at any time, but this will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Using our website

• Information on this site is general guidance, and we work to keep it accurate and up to date. Images of cabins, lounges and destinations are for illustration only.
• Please do not misuse the site, for example by submitting false enquiries, trying to disrupt it or copying its content for commercial use.
• Airline names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the flights we can book. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline.

Our responsibility

We will arrange your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the acts or failures of airlines or other suppliers, or for events outside our control such as weather, strikes or government action. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies to your booking.
