Do quoted prices include taxes and fees?
Yes. Every quote shows the total price, including taxes and fees, before you book.
Is my quoted fare guaranteed?
Fares are not guaranteed until they are paid in full. Airline prices and seats change often, so the sooner you confirm, the better your chance of securing the fare you were quoted.
How do I pay?

Tickets and travel
Will I get a real airline ticket?
Yes. You receive an e-ticket issued by the airline, and you can view and manage your booking on the airline’s own website.
Will I earn frequent flyer miles?
In most cases, yes. Share your frequent flyer number with your specialist and they’ll add it to your booking. Earning depends on the airline and fare type.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Most tickets are non-refundable. Where the airline allows a date change, the charge is $300 plus any difference in fare. Your specialist will explain the exact rules of your fare before you book and help you with any change later. See our Terms of Use for full details.
Do you book first class and multi-city trips?
Yes. We book business and first class, including one-way, round-trip, open-jaw and multi-city itineraries.
